Equipment - 1/2 cup unsalted - 4 oz high quality semi-sweet (chopped) . - 1 cup powdered sugar - 2 large eggs - 2 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - A pinch of salt - Choice: ice cream or whipped cream Instructions 1. Pour the batter: Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. 6. Bake: Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft and slightly jiggly. 7.
